Returns & Shipping

Order and Turnaround Time:

Our ready to ship items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Our custom made products will ship between 3-5 business days.

We have 3 shipping options:

Canadian Lettermail: For any item that is under 100g, we will have offer free shipping. This method is untracked, and once it is dispatched we cannot track the item. Any item over 100g will be upgraded to parcel shipping.  Single items such as a keychain, ornament, sticker will be available for Lettermail mail shipping.  Shipping time can be 2 - 10 business days, with more remote locations taking longer. 

Canadian Parcel:  For any item that is over 100g we will ship using Canada Post Express Post. The method is tracked and insured, so if you have any problems your product please e-mail as soon as delivery with photos of 

US Orders:  We use Canada Post to ship your order through Tracked Packet Air. This can take anywhere from 8-21 business days. 

*Please remember all delivery times are estimates based on the timeline provided by the courier. 

Returns: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but if you have a problem with your order please contact us at info@c3dardesign.ca to let us know how we can address a concern.  All inquiries are handles on a case-by-case basis with the goal to make our customer happy. We inspect all of our product before shipping to make sure our customers are satisfied with them.
